About Me
Alex is an array of services provider bringing in experience working primarily with youth and young adults to promote mental health awareness, well-being, and developing self-advocacy skills.
As a graduate from Edgewood College, Alex received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in clinical counseling. Throughout his academic journey, Alex cultivated a deep understanding of psychological principles, therapeutic techniques, and social-emotional methods, which he applies in his work to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals.
Alex is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages and backgrounds, to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and cultivate positive coping strategies. He recognizes the critical importance of early intervention and ongoing support, striving to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves and seeking help when needed.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys listening to music, going on walks in nature, staying active through workouts, and cherishing quality time with family and friends. These activities not only recharge his own mental well-being but also serve as a reminder of the importance of balance and self-care in his own life."
